The truth is, with the right support, healing and change are possible.
Through integrative psychiatry and holistic mental health care, I offer a personalized approach that looks at the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. Together, we explore psychotherapy, mindful use of medications, and lifestyle-based strategies that can help you feel grounded, energized, and connected again. My telepsychiatry services are convenient, flexible, and accessible for patients in New York, New Jersey, and North Carolina.
My goal is simple: to provide compassionate care and practical tools that empower you to reclaim your sense of self, nurture your passions, and live with more ease and fulfillment.

In our first session, I will start by asking open ended questions about what kind of treatments and interventions you are open to and what brought you to seek treatment at this particular time. After getting a sense of what has been challenging, I will ask more directed questions about specific symptoms, current stressors, treatment history, family history, childhood environment and your current support system.
-
Medication can be an effective part of the treatment of many mental health conditions. During these regular visits, I will review the benefits and side effects of your medication and adjust as needed. Counseling and psychotherapy may also be recommended depending on your needs.
-
During these visits, I will typically focus on your current concerns, working towards identified treatment goals, and utilizing therapeutic techniques to facilitate change. You are invited to process your emotions, and reflect on the present moment to foster self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-compassion and emotional repair.
-
I offer one time second opinion consultations where we will discuss your current symptoms and functioning, review your past history, and create a comprehensive treatment plan founded upon the three pillars of mental health treatment - biological interventions, psychological approaches, and lifestyle changes. After the session, I will provide a detailed letter with treatment recommendations to your primary clinician.

Unlike large online platforms such as Talkiatry or BetterHelp, working with a small independent practice means longer appointment times, more personalized attention, and a provider who truly knows you. My patients value the warmth, cultural understanding, and collaboration I bring into each session. You are never just a number here, you are a whole person.
