Your First Appointment
Comprehensive Intake
$510 (1 hour 15 minutes)
One-time
We will discuss your current symptoms and functioning, review your past history and background, and together develop a treatment plan that feels like a good fit.
The treatment plan will focus on three pillars of effective mental health care, including biological approaches (such as medications and botanicals), psychological aspects (such as psychotherapy), and lifestyle changes (including nutritional medicine, physical activity, and complementary treatments).
We'll also answer any questions you have regarding the safety of medications and the other treatment options.
Medication Management Follow-Up
$220 (30 minutes)
Monthly to every three months
We will discuss your current symptoms, your response to treatment and collaborate on changes to the treatment plan to addresses your needs. This is also a time to review your self-care habits, receive psychological support and address any questions you may have about treatment.
Psychodynamic and Gestalt Psychotherapy
$310 (50 minutes)
Weekly
Weekly psychotherapy sessions are designed with your wellness in mind. During these visits, you will have space to explore your current concerns and work towards identified treatment goals. I I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate change. During these sessions you are invited to process your emotions, and reflect on the present moment to foster self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-compassion and emotional repair.

I offer one-time second opinion consultations
$600 (1 hour 30 minutes)
I offer one time second opinion consultations where we will discuss your current symptoms and functioning, review your past history, and create a comprehensive treatment plan founded upon the three pillars of mental health treatment - biological interventions, psychological approaches, and lifestyle changes. After the session, I will provide a detailed letter with treatment recommendations to your primary clinician.
